How Smile Radio Works

Music To Your Office Over The Internet

» No Computer Required

How It Works

Simple. Elegant. Easy To Install.

Smile Radio is programmed and streamed live from our studios in Boulder, Colorado, over the Internet directly to your dental office – using your existing high-speed Internet connection.
Smile Radio is received at your office with the included Smile Radio Player by Logitech – a sleek Internet radio receiver that requires no PC. The player is easy to use – similar to an iPod, TiVo or any device with a digital display menu. The unit requires only a standard Internet cable connection, which you likely already have nearby your stereo system.
Smile Radio set up takes less than 5 minutes. Simply plug in power and an Internet cable (as you would a PC), connect the included audio cable to your sound system (like hooking up a CD player) and select the channel you’d like to listen to. Smile Radio includes a variety of channels to match a variety of workplace moods.
There’s no antenna to aim and no rooftop access required. No CDs to change or iPods to update. No pre-recorded, repetitive playlists. You hear continuously updated, professionally programmed music designed specifically for today’s modern dental practice.

What you’ll need to make it work:

  • Smile Radio Player by Logitech (included)
  • Your existing high speed Internet connection (DSL, Cable, T1, etc.)
  • An available internet connection near your office’s sound system

All ASCAP, BMI and SESAC music license fees will be fully paid for your location by Smile Radio. All businesses, including dentists, are required to pay licensing royalty fees to play music.
