CANCELLATION POLICY.

We really think you’ll enjoy Smile Radio so much that you wouldn’t think of canceling, but if you have to stop for any reason, just give us 30 days notice, sent by email or postal mail, and we’ll turn it off.  No lengthy contract binds you.  Remember that the Internet Radio receiver is yours to keep and use for other Internet listening after you cancel.

WHY THIS PRICE?

• Similar to other music services, like Sirius/XM satellite radio, you need to purchase a receiver at the beginning as an additional starting expense.  Our player plugs into the existing sound system in your office. This Internet radio is yours to keep and, unlike other music services’ receiver, it can be used for other Internet radio streaming.
• A portion of the monthly fee goes to the musicians and recording companies through BMI, ASACP, SEASAC and Sound Exchange licensing and copyright fees.  All music services for businesses have these fees included.  If you are using local FM radio, CDs, iPods or Sirius/XM for individuals (not business) you are NOT paying licensing and copyright fees and thus cutting out the musicians of their fair share of royalties.
• Smile Radio has better audio quality than satellite radio because we’re on the Internet using higher bandwidth than satellite signals.  We sound better.
• Smile Radio has music programmers who are choosing music with your type of office and dental practices in mind. We’re not picking music for mass audiences in just any business like other services do.  What’s right for your office likely isn’t right for the gym, the trucker or the fast food restaurant.  You get the kind of music choices you deserve.
• No long-term contract; no activation fee like other services.
